In this role, one is expected to :
- To estimate cost or get proposal from different vendors for any purchase.
- To negotiate the purchase of materials and services with vendors. Must consider the vendor’s reputation to prove consistent quality and to manage returned products.
- Cost management.
- Cost reporting if found any irregular expense.
- To oversee the day to day function of receiving and make order to suppliers.
- To reconcile and prepare monthly expenses about the fluctuation of all cost expenses.
- Prepare and verify on payment expenses to all suppliers
- Monthly checks ending stock usage by all departments.
- Find better supplier quote and submit to management for selection.
- To work closely with the storekeeper to ensure that all goods issued and receives are properly recorded.
- To monitor and find out anything can be saved for the company, not limited to utilities, products consuming, daily usage of everything in the operations.
- Auditing all the expense and consuming for guests and staffs.
- To perform any other duties related to the department as assign from time to time.
Experience is not required, but good knowledge of English is essential.
- Honest, friendly, flexible, Interpersonal Skills and willing to work hard and under pressure.
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting and Finance or related field.
- Good in English
- Good knowledge in computer (Microsoft office, Quick book, Internet and Email).
- Proactive and hard-working;
- Experience with cost controller or purchasing officer will be plus.

- Prepare journal entries and General ledger operations;
